through the Shamanic Journey
Shamanism is an ancient spiritual practice and is common to all indigenous cultures throughout the world on all continents. The belief that each of us has personal helping Spirits with whom we can communicate and ask for assistance is at the heart of shamanism and the shamanic journey.
Shamanic Journeying is sacred, grounding and centering. It asks you to
open your heart and surrender to all of the wonderful possibilities of
life and Spirit rather than remaining caught up in the mind and the
worries that the mind creates. For a Shamanic Journey, one puts aside
the mind and enters non-ordinary reality, where one listens and communicates through
the heart and intuition. It is a way to be close to Spirit, the
Emissaries of Great Spirit and to
communicate with your Higher-Self/Soul.
The journeys are
done in a sacred manner using ceremony and prayer to invite Spirit to be
present. I use sage to smudge the room, you (if present) and myself,
releasing all that is not needed for the journey. Prayers are said
asking that everything happen in your highest good and for me to be a
pure and clean instrument for this sacred event. We invite our Spirit
Guides and Helpers to be present and to help in the sacred work. The
journeys typically last 50-80 minutes and can be done over the phone or
in person. All journeys done over the phone are $99. Journeys done in

the Wisdom Keepers on behalf of another for wisdom and guidance.
The Wisdom Keepers know you best, so they are able to offer wisdom and
guidance that will help you with whatever might be troubling you,
subjects for which you would like to receive a teaching, or an issue you are currently
dealing with. It could be about relationships, direction in
life, or it could be about a topic such as weight loss or dealing with a
difficult person. The Wisdom Keepers tend not to tell us
specifically what to do nor do they do fortune telling, but instead they
offer you wisdom and Truth to help you come to your own decisions. They
may offer words of comfort and healing to assist you in being more at
peace with the topic of interest and to guide you in your decision
making.
Wisdom Gatherings can be done over the phone or in person.

Soul Retrieval
over the phone or in personI journey to
recover aspects of your soul that are ready to be returned. Soul Retrieval is a Shamanic journey
used to retrieve and reintegrate pieces of your soul that have
“checked-out” for some reason during your life. Soul loss can be caused
by events such as accidents, loss of a loved-one, surgery, relationships
that have ended, or perhaps a portion of your soul wasn’t recognized and
nourished as you were growing up. Everyone has experienced soul loss
at some time in one’s life.
With the help of my Spirit Guides, I gently retrieve the soul parts
that are to be returned to you at that time. After reintegrating
the soul parts, you may feel more alive, find more joy in living, and
you may find you are in better touch with your personal strengths.
It is a step towards becoming more whole and a step towards becoming
more of your authentic self. It can be profoundly healing and is an
especially sacred event in one’s life.

Facilitated Journey
over the phone or in personI will lead
you safely and securely into the realm of Spirit. We start by smudging ourselves with sage to cleanse ourselves of
anything in our energy and mind that isn’t needed for the journey.
Prayers and ceremony are included, inviting Spirit and the Spirit
Helpers to be present and especially to thank them and to honor
them for their love and support.
You will lie on a mat on
the floor with a cloth over your eyes and perhaps a blanket over you,
whatever will make you the most comfortable. I will drum and lead
you through a relaxation and purification ceremony, putting aside your
mind and preparing your heart for the journey to the Spiritual world and
asking for Mother Earth's and Father Sky’s love, safety and protection.
Then I will lead you safely and securely into non-ordinary reality.
In non-ordinary reality, you are able to meet with your Spirit Guides
who know you better than anyone and are aware of what you need to keep
you grounded, centered and emotionally balanced. Your Spirit Guides are
able to impart healing, guidance and wisdom especially for you.
When the journey is complete, I will then lead you
back to ordinary reality and regular consciousness. We end with prayers
of gratitude.
Facilitated
journeys can also be done over the phone.
